How to order

1. Please browse through the blog and see what you like.

2. Once you have decided on a item or two, please email us with the item name, quantity, sizes (if you are allowed to choose) and color to babyalanis2800@yahoo.com OR alternatively, you may call erny at 017-3300036 if you need further assistance.

3. Please wait for stock availability check and a quotation from us with a shipping fee.

4. Upon receiving our confirmation, kindly proceed to make payment via Maybank transfer/CIMB transfer as advised in our reply to you.

5. Please email us the proof of your payment so that we can confirm receipt.

4. Your order will be shipped to yr postal address in 2-7 days.

5. Normally, delivery date is every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Minimum wholesale quantity : Only 1 lot for each item.

2. Order will be placed either online (email babyalanis2800@yahoo.com) or 017-3300036. Customer should pay shipping cost in advanced or may COD basis.

4. For estimated shipping cost will be informed in the invoice that will sent to your email account within 24 hours

5. For Local customer we do accept payment by Maybank2u or CIMB or company cheque. (For company cheque, we required 3 days clearence before we process your order).

6. You will received your order within 2 - 7 working days (STRICTLY FOR EX-STOCK ITEMS ONLY)

IMPORTANT NOTE..!!!

1. Restricted to serious buyer only.

2. Only booking with payment will be entertained. I'd NOT reserve items for you if no payment made immediately. Don't blame me later if you booked without payment, and by the time you want to pay the items is no longer available. Please do understand that some items move very fast.

3. All Order reserved for 24 hours Only, the reserved will automatically cancel without notice if payment not done within 24 hours. Please inform us if u need more time to made payment.

Shipment Detail

1. All shipments will be processed from Monday - Friday (we avoid shipping on weekends and eve of Public Holidays to avoid lost shipment).

2. All shipments will be handled by Skynet / Pos Laju / Pos Express.

3. You can check the tracking number in this blog or in the tracking number album of Tufaz Bersama facebook. Tracking link will be provided.

4. All prices stated exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.

5. From the date of payment received, your goods will reach you in 2-7 working days (within Peninsular Malaysia & Pos Laju for East Malaysia).

6. Shipping cost commensurate on weight of goods.
